ImpressionOverall impression of the Color and viscosity is really nice, And the bottle itself has this really old school look and feel about it. All and all - a good looking bourbon/bottle

DevelopmentThe ethanol falls back and the Cherry and brown sugar, vanilla tones takes a step forward. Read cherries and a hint of banana at the back end.

Mid-palateThe Cherry cola notes are dominant on the mid palate. But thereis a spiceiness and some ethanol thre as well.

I like this kind of old school bourbon so it's right up my ally. But i can understand if some might have a hard time agreeing with this Yellowstone Small batch Is is rich in cherry, cola, vanilla flavors and not a small amount of spice, it drinks hotter than the 53.5% suggests but that is fine by me. But yes it can be somewhat one dimensional.
