First Impressiontoasted oak, caramel, banana, vanilla.
DevelopmentStraight away the nose is very Jack Daniel's with the characteristic banana note but with much more toasted notes and I like it a lot! After the dram have had time to open up the wood notes show up in a very pleasant way. And maybe a bit of cinnamon bun?

MouthfeelOily, and a bit astringent
ArrivalMore oak than expected and the toasted barrel notes are there as well.
Mid-palateVery dark chocolate and toasted barrel and as it is a Jack Daniel's the banana notes is always present.
BalanceThe balance is good between the toasted notes and the inherent sweetness. If i could change one thing i dial back the oakiness just a step.

If you can get this bottle (not to hard in the US from my understanding) but somewhat hard in Europe, and almost impossible here in Sweden for less than 70€ this is a must buy. The Toasted notes combined with the Jack Daniel's banana notes is just - wow. And for this to be in Jack Daniels standard core line is so good. A solid bottle and a must buy if you get the chanse!
